The CVD diamond making process begins with a diamond seed being placed into a growth chamber. A carbon-rich diamond growing environment is then created and maintained for a few weeks. This diamond undergoes the same natural crystallization form, as a naturally mined diamond, thereby, creating a CVD diamond.

The perfect diamond grows from a perfect diamond seed. Our skilled lab experts select the finest quality diamond seeds and carefully place them on a metal disk, inside the machine.

Powered with the chemical vapour deposition technique, the magic starts to happen. The light sparks, carbon starts crystallising onto the diamond seed, and in the similar “under the earth” conditions, the diamond grows to its maximum potential. In around 10-12 weeks, the diamond comes to live. It goes through the combination of gases, pressure and temperature to come up as a “sustainable-smart-shining stone” These created diamonds have the same physical, chemical and optical properties as mined diamonds.

Taken out from the chamber like, under the mines, these diamonds too need cutting and polishing. Our master cutters have expert knowledge, tools and techniques to glow and enhance the facet of raw diamonds.
